This RV setup was a great place to hang out while my friends and I were looking to explore the area and the surrounding national forests. There's a nice view out to a lovely shaded yard with a pond and birds, which was great to look out at while playing some cards. The only issue my crew ran into was not realizing the oven wasn't ready for use as the pilot needed to be on and Joshua wasn't home. Not a big deal, but perhaps a note to mention intended oven use before you arrive so you will be set up to make a pizza or anything else. Overall, nice quiet spot that was great for my two friends and I to post up at the night before adventuring out to the Sedona area more.

Joshua’s place is peaceful, genuine and nature centered. Humming birds were active, It was wonderful to experience. The camper is really nice with full shower and toilet. Stove to cook on. Big thanks for the stay from Ohio.

We had a great time on Joshua's land!! He was very helpful and had everything we needed in the RV. It was wayyy bigger than we expected and would be so cute for a little family get away with the little kiddo bunk beds. Only 20 minutes from Sedona so an easy commute to hikes in the morning.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple days and loved it! It was a very peaceful area and we were able to explore Old Town Cottonwood and Sedona. Definitely recommend this to others!

Very nice and quiet place close to Cottonwood historical main street, lots of shops , cafes and restaurants! The fifth wheel was very cosy and comfortable! Dead Horse Ranch State Park just a few minutes away, Red Rock State Park 20 minutes away. Hosts Joshua and Kara were very welcoming and quick to answer any requests or questions, We would not hesitate to recommend this place! We will surely return again!

The Old Town Garden Oasis was such a great stay. Joshua was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious with all the essential amenities. The area was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. Restaurants and groceries were all within a short driving distance away. Sedona and hiking trail heads were all within a 25 min drive away. I had a great time staying at Joshua's place and would definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

Tired of roughing it in a tent or sleeping in the back of your pickup? This spacious two-bedroom cottage with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of creature comforts could be the respite you’ve needed. Certainly at the luxurious end of the spectrum for HipCamp listings.

This place is definitely on the luxurious end of the spectrum for HipCamp listings. If you need a break from more primitive camping arrangements then staying here may be a well deserved indulgence. Immaculately clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the creature comforts of modern life… it really made going back to sleeping in the back of my pickup kinda hard

This was an incredible property. Joshua was so kind and helpful about the surrounding area and things to do, he brought us food & apples from the garden (which he’s developing further for guests to be able to pick their own fruits and veggies!), and ask him about all the artwork hanging up it’s from his travels!
A very family friendly and dog friendly place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Sedona with kids. There’s two rooms and a bunk bed in one of the rooms so multiple kids even get their own bed still. Beautiful garden in the back and can’t wait to return to see the vegetable garden done!
