A tucked away little corner of our one acre lot. We’re just a couple hundred yards away from the entry to Lory state Park. Lory is known for its hiking, biking, bird watching, fishing, and easy access to Horsetooth Reservoir. With beautiful sunrises, daily visits from deer and wild turkey. And yes, we have an electric hook up. This site is perfect for a camper van, small trailer, rooftop tent, or a ground tent. If you need anything else, just ask us.Tucked away in the lower corner of the property, this site offers great views of the red rocks with a mostly level place to set up and relax before a big day in the park. That's right, you're only 60 seconds away from all that Lory State Park has to offer.

Cozy Country Corner With Views

Matt was very kind and friendly, the corner was lush and there were many birds to listen to. Several deer made their way over at dusk to munch the open field. They were pretty to watch. Matt had an extension cord ready for quick access to electricity. Right next to Lory. I would stay here again.

Cozy Country Corner With Views

Great host and pretty location with easy access to Lory State Park. Little muddy due to recent rain. Little tight for our 30 ft t travel trailer but we managed. Would be back again if we needed a place close to Fort Collins.

Cozy Country Corner With Views

We stayed at Matt's Hipcamp while visiting our daughter in FOCO. Excellent location, beautiful surroundings. Easy access to Lory State Park and FOCO. The wifi even worked in our Airstream from Matt's house which was a plus! Thanks, Matt!
