The campsite is set back at the very end of a 3 acre property next to a little creek bordering open space. You will enjoy the delightful back side view of the famous Hogback mountain. *During winter bathroom and shower are intentionally closed due to weather conditions, which is reflected in our discounted pricing.* Our RV/Campsite comes with an electric hook-up and just a few steps away from your RV/campsite you will find our bath house with a clean portable toilet, hot shower and hand sink. You also will find a fridge inside, where you can keep your refreshments and your food fresh and cool. It is entirely made from reclaimed materials and it adds glamor and luxury to your glamping experience! To minimize our environmental impact, we use a greywater system. The liquid soap provided is a diluted, biodegradable formula that nourishes our garden as it drains into the garden beds. Conveniently located just 10 minutes away, Hampden West Laundromat & Dry Cleaners offers brand new machines for all your laundry needs. As a bonus, you can enjoy a delicious tea from the excellent Boba Tea Shop right next door while you wait. We, Sabin & Randy, are artisans who live and work on-site. The campsite is set back at the very end of a 3 acre property next to a little creek bordering open space. This is one of two unique glamping units set up on private creekside property. Both tents are elevated on a beautiful reclaimed redwood deck and share the same amenities. Your glamping site “Hug a Bear” is romantically lit at night time and artistically decorated. The tent is waterproof and covered by a carport. The artwork (by Sabin, your host) covering the tent was exhibited at the McNichols Civic Center Building Downtown Denver a few years ago. Now it is enveloping your restful night under the starry sky of Colorado. The space offers you a coffee maker, a water kettle, water dispenser, BBQ and electricity. You will enjoy the delightful back side view of the famous Hogback mountain. Just a few steps away from your campsite you will find our bath house with a clean portable toilet, hot shower and hand sink. You also will find a fridge inside, where you can keep your refreshments and your food fresh and cool. What a great little gem of a spot. So close to the Red Rocks venue which was perfect for our trip to see a show. We had a travel trailer and used one of the RV spots so we didn't stay in one of the great clamping tents but all accommodations where clean and well stocked. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. They even allowed our 3 dogs!

Sabine and Randy were great! Loved all the top quality touches in the shower house and around the campsite. They clearly love their property and want to make it enjoyable for all. Morrison was such a quiet location. Loved being able to hear the bands warm-up from our campsite. The lift to the show was such a sweet bonus. The walk home, just long enough... be aware it is more uphill on the way back than you might expect :) but bring your headlamp and enjoy, Trading Post trail, babbling Bear Creek and the occasional deer as you meander home from your Red Rocks high!

This is not only a beautiful and amazing location but it’s hosted by beautiful and amazing humans as well! Great spot to be out in nature and away from the hustle and bustle BUT close enough to major highways to get into town easily if needed.

Owners were very accommodating. There was an accident on I70 that made my check in time 10:30pm and the owners were wonderful meeting me and getting me a power outlet so I had heat. It was super super quiet, which I really appreciated. The only downfall was that they’re in the middle of remodeling their home so there’s no bathroom or shower outside. (They did offer to allow me to use their personal bathroom in their own home, although that was uncomfortable for me so I drove to town to use the restroom.

The caretaker Randy was very kind, communicative and responsive. It was very quiet and just down the street from a cool little town. I recommend the Hungry Goat. Good bites and a friendly staff. My issue here is that the grounds are not at clean as the photos would have you believe. It was basically like I was parked in a junkyard. The bathroom and shower was not accessible. I would stay there again if I needed a spot in a pinch however it was not worth the $50. I’ve stayed at much nicer campsites with a lot more amenities for less.

We had no problems at this site. We were a parking spot away from the other RV camper which was not ideal but we managed. We did not have hookups because the other RV was using it and we didn’t want to bother them to share. We did not need bathroom so felt the place was very overpriced, just to park. Unless you are going to a show and need the location, it would not be my first choice, simply due to the cost.

Last Minute in Morrison

We were looking for a local, last minute place to stay in our campervan. We booked and were pleasantly surprised by how cool this little place was. We parked, met Randy and then toured the property. Took our bikes for a ride just minutes from the quant town of Morrison . Got back in time to walk the pups, hang out and relax. Showered in the morning in nice hot shower and clean towels left for us. Thanks for a great time!

Dream visit at Red Rocks

Diamond in the rough! After a 25 day trek across the country.. we pulled into Morrison Colorado to visit family and friends on way home. Sabins place, located at the base of Red Rocks Ampitheater and a few blocks from great eateries in Morrison was outstanding.. Site while a bit rustic had amazing charm and views galore. Location pushes them over the top and bonus was the amazing eclectic shower and bath house! While we didn’t stay at a tent site as we were in a travel trailer, I viewed the tent/yurt set ups and suggest to tent campers to check it out concert or no concert! Amazing stay..5 stars.

Super cute and quirky little spot nice a convenient to mt falcon - and probably an easy talk for a red rocks concert. One con: For me just to park my van here and not use any amenities, the price felt quite high ($87 and then with fees etc, total of $110), but I get that it’s an area in high demand. Several pros: Really cute decor, I didn’t use the restroom but it looked clean and the tents also looked super cute. Hostess Sabin was really friendly and kind- which makes this solo female traveler always feel more at ease. I’d def go back if the prices were a bit lower. Cool decor on site and cute little lights after the sun went down. Property was nice and quiet for good sleeping.

Great location near Red Rocks. We were easily able to drive to and from the show, with very little traffic. Sabin was kind and always responsive. Access to a super clean shower and refrigerator was a bonus we didn’t expect. We will definitely come back if ever in town for a show at the red rocks.

The RV/Campsite was wonderful! Randy and Sabin were very friendly and accommodating. We set up a tent for two nights and took ride shares to the red rocks and it was the best place to camp and rest between shows. The bathroom and shower were also huge pluses! Highly recommend!

Fun property to camp on, lovely hosts and a great place to gaze at the stars. Also a cold fridge, hot showers, clean toilet/sink, and some cool things to look at around the campsites. Walked to and from Red Rocks from here.

Really lovely place short 5 minute drive to red rocks and 10 minutes from a cool local town lake beach. The set up is really well done nice shower clean and relaxing I’d definitely stay here again if we are in the area

Great place to stay for Red Rocks!

Elevated Glamping and Mountain View

This is a great site if you’re looking for something close to Red Rocks. I highly recommend it for that reason! The accommodations and bathrooms are beautiful and as described. However, the property on the whole is pretty run down, and the two glamping sites are pretty close together. The road noise at night is loud. Pros: Beautiful tent, comfortable bed, well decorated. Bathroom (including porta-potty toilet) is well maintained and very clean. Hosts are so kind and very helpful. You cannot get closer to Red Rocks if you’re seeing a show! Cons: Property is pretty full of stuff. Tents are close together (almost touching). The soap/shampoo provided in the shower are very watery and hard to use as a result. Road noise is very loud.
