Rural area in the middle of fruit and wine country in western CO. Hiking, mtn biking and river adventures are only a few miles away. This listing is for our cute bunkhouse at the rear of our BnB property.

This RV site is in the rear of our BnB property and will accommodate a 26ft Camper with water and electric hookups. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. We are situated between 2 farms/orchards on one acre of land 2 miles from downtown Palisade. The views are beautiful and we are walking distance to 2 great wineries but be prepared for the sound of the train, chickens, lambs and sometimes wildlife at night. The RV spot is super shady during the day and temps tend to drop after dark. You may be sharing the outside space with guests in our bunkhouse and are expected to be good neighbors with quiet time between 10pm-7am. We are 420 friendly but ask all smokers to utilize a designated area out of respect for other guests. Depending on the number of vehicles onsite during your stay you may be required to unhook your camper and park somewhere else on the property. We do allow well-behaved dogs (Max 2) and offer a dog run but the property has a 6 dog maximum and all bookings are on a first come basis. Please pick up after your pets to avoid a pooper scooper fee.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have your own space on our 1 acre BnB property. There is a full sized bunk bed and another California twin bunk bed for you and your friends. You have a large bathroom with Double sinks, shower and private toilet. This is in the country so if spiders and snakes freak you out, we don’t like them either ,but they do show up from time to time. Note: Price covers Two guests with an additional fee for extra humans and pets. The bunk room is one big room with a partial wall divider. There is a table and 4 chairs as well as a picnic table and grill outside. You are away from the main BnB so you can have privacy and stay up late having fun if you’d like. We are 420 friendly outdoors only. You may bring well behaved dogs (2 max) for $50 per stay per pet and they must be crated if left alone. You do not have access to the main House but are welcome to join on the patio or around the fire pit if there is one going. These areas are not for use without owner presence. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. We have two very well behaved dogs but they are farm dogs so roam free on the property. Be sure to let us know if they are in your way. You will see bugs at certain times of the year but hopefully they are “was bugs”. Please let us know if you see any.
