This is a beautiful location with spacious well-kept grounds and a peaceful resting place after a busy day at nearby theme parks, beach, or Kennedy Space exhibit. Acreage to walk dogs or for children; wooded area at the margins; and horses in a pasture next door. During the day there is a mild air traffic noise but not bothersome. Jim is the best host I can imagine; he is there to help us get settled and parked, and back again to wish us well as we leave. I would happily stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Lee's hip camp. It is less than an hour drive into the Orlando theme parks. Being there feels like a little country oasis amongst The condo sprawl around Orlando. The neighbors have horses. A grocery store is a short drive away. Lee is a very nice man. He helped us back into the campsite and even offered to help us set up camp. Next time we want to do the Orlando theme parks this is where we will stay.

Lee and his place were great! Lee was super nice and even dropped off some packages we had delivered. The property is beautiful and the other guests were really nice! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is our 2nd time staying at Lees place, and it’s just a good as we remember. The property is large, grassed, private and quiet. A great place to have the kids run. Lee is always kind and makes us feel welcomed. We will be staying again soon.

Lee is a phenomenal host! When we pulled in he was sitting on his antique (but still in use) tractor. He came right up and helped us park. Then he helped hook us up, unhook our truck, and more! Our dogs can run free on the 5 acres, and it’s a peaceful refuge from city living!

Lee is the perfect host. Lee comes and meets you, shows you your site and helps you park. Making sure everything is good for your stay. Lee is very friendly, knows the area well and can suggest places you might enjoy. I'll definitely be looking to camp here my next time when in this area.

I loved Lee’s place. It’s close to everything while being tucked away in a rural setting. It is very peaceful and quiet. I loved the horses and all of the wildlife.
Lee was very helpful for anything I needed. He was there to help me get settled in and take off. I appreciated his hospitality and awesome property. I will definitely return.

Lee is an excellent host. Helpful, friendly and not invasive. The property was enjoyable because there was a lot of space for the family to roam. Utilities were great, the site was level, and the neighbors were friendly.

We loved Camping at Davis Farm ! The site was absolutely beautiful and most of all peaceful. We had fun feeding the horses apples, everyday saw a menagerie of wildlife. Mr. Davis is a wonderful host that was very helpful to me . I would stay here again without hesitation.

A very nice quiet place to camp with a country feel yet only minutes drive from all amenities, groceries, laundry, restaurants, etc… We had access to full hookups that are very well maintained and easy to access. The pads are level with no issues navigating from the main road to our location. Lee is a very thoughtful host and clearly takes pride in his property. He guided us to our spot and helped with
hookups. He was always available if we needed anything. A genuinely nice guy. No issues recommending this location.

Pros: Lee is a true gentleman. He came out as soon as we arrived to help. Very convenient to everything and anything you might need (restaurants, banks, gas, golf, WalMart, Lowes, nature reserves, parks - you name it). There is a new Publix Market just a couple miles away. We felt very safe and the first site is a good distance off the road. Wifi and 50 amp worked great. Love the convenience of a dump at the site. The cost is one of the best for full hookups anywhere nearby. Surprises: We have stayed here before, and were very surprised when we drove in to see 5 campers parked right next to each other this time (Lee expanded his little oasis and good for him, but not for us). We were on the far end closest to the big field, so we did not face another camper; but our large bank of windows on the other side had a view of a camper that had been there for some time about 10’ away. The weeds were touching and above the underside of their camper. There were several dogs, some loose. I saw people walking their dogs in the large field and no one picked up after them. 3-4 mile straight road in front of property with no speed signs. No side walk or berm to safely walk. No trees for shade so find out where the sun sets before you park.

Great stay, quiet and peaceful! Lee is a super host, he greeted us when we arrived and saw us off when we left.
Nice open space for your pets, off the beaten path and out of the hustle and bustle. Close to shopping and restraunts.
I would highly recommend this spot!

Lee was fantastic and a great host. We didn’t expect 3 other campers to be there however. Generally we have no problem with this but they seemed to have been there quite a while and it felt a little more like a trailer park than a campsite.
Hookups were fine and the property is quaint. Mosquitoes were pretty bad (I’m from Florida and am no stranger to them).
All in all a good short term place to stay just had a few quirks.

Stayed here for 2 weeks to work in the Orlando area. This place has so much space for easy access with your RV. It was a perfect distance away from the madness of Orlando but close enough to commute in. Well taken care of property. Will stay here again without hesitation.

We are new campers booking a site close to home as trial run, to learn, and decide what are we missing or need adjusting. This was also our first time using Hipcamp. Lee was super helpful, he met with us and assisted with all the connections. His advice was greatly appreciated.
Our dog loved the area, being off leash, running and exploring was a plus to get him tired!
Sure one has more internet access, we were on site 2, but still were able to get internet.
If you want to tranquility and to have access to stores in case of need, this is the place to stay, this is a hidden gem!
