Contact us for weekly and monthly rates. This lot was created with RV and campers in mind. New in Fall 2024, this beautiful lake front RV pad has access to Deer Point Lake with a private dock, 2 fishing Kayaks, a charcoal grill, picnic tables, and a lake side fire pit for guest use. A private boat dock and trailer parking is available for guest use as well. There is 50 amp service for RVs and an additional 50 / 240 volt EV plug for our guests traveling in electric vehicles. If you have 30 amp service, please bring an adapter. The price includes electric, sewage and water hookup as well for you RV or Camper. Additional $15 to have access to the EV charger during your stay. This is an RV pad only on a private lot, not a campground. It offers much more privacy than a campground. You must bring your own RV or camper. No showers or bathrooms on site. Deer Point lake is known for its big bass and record Shellcrackers so bring your fishing pole, boat or jet ski. Fishing, hunting, birding, kayaking, or boating on the rivers make for great day activities. Relaxing on the lake just steps outside your front door is also a good option. The property is located 20 minutes from Panama City beach, Pier Park, and several other beaches. It is only 15 minutes from Panama City airport, 20 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base, and a 45 minute drive to Seaside and 30A area.Perfect for RVs or Campers. Pull up and enjoy the lake front view and access to the lake. There are 2 fishing Kayaks, multiple charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a lake side fire pit for guest use. A private boat dock and trailer parking is available for guest use as well. There is a cottage available for rent on the property as well. Lake Front RV Site
Loved the view. The cottages were full the whole time, but we still felt like we had the whole site to ourselves. It is out from the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything you need. One of the neighbors has dogs, but they only barked when someone pulled up. I didn't get to catch a 27 lb bass because the wind would not cooperate, but i feel like a record breaker is in there somewhere. Sadly I did not see any alligators.. lol

The lake front view is great with amenities to enjoy including the dock, fire pit and kayaks. The kids really enjoyed hanging feet off the dock. Great early morning fog on the lake. Pics do a good job. Very easy site though we have a RTT rig so the hookups were a great convenience. We will keep it in mind for the future.

Great find in Panama City Beach area. We will be back. Great views, very quiet spot. 25 minute drive to beach Hosts easy to work with. Hookup simple. Drove our 34 MH in and was set up in 5 minutes. Five thumbs up

The site itself was a nice gravel pad with full hookup however the views were disappointing after seeing the photos on Hipcamp. The lake was very low and looked marshy rather than being a place for a pleasant kayaking experience . The cottage and RV pad was far nicer than most of the lots in the area. It seems over priced for the area. The host, Grand Sky, was very accommodating when needing to make a change and that was greatly appreciated.

Neat and tidy even after tornadoes in the area. No contact from the owner to check in but we didn’t need it. Expensive for what is not available… nothing without your vehicle. Water front unusable at low tide. However, it was wuiet

Clean and very well organized on beautiful Deer Point Lake. They even offer kayaks but we got there too late. It was the perfect spot to break in a brand new RV
