Great communication. RV lot is a beach house size lot. We had no issues with the hook-ups. Beach at end of street is shared with all the beach houses on the road. Good first Hipcamp experience.

We had a fabulous time at Jen's place. It is well maintained, and just steps from the beach. It is also just a quick walk or bike ride to the Trading Post, Donut Shop, and Ice cream shop. If you want a relaxing beach vacation this is the place for you. I know we will be back for sure!

It is a great spot, mostly flat, just a short walk down to the beach. Lots of seashells!

Very large lot with the gravel pull through set up. Great hook ups and just a short walk to the beach. It is bumpy pulling in and out, but just take it real slow and you’ll be fine. Caught a bunch of fish on the gulf beach. Two real nice black tip sharks ,2 bonnet head sharks , a few whiting, and a ray. Also the gravel parking area was dry with a 2 inch plus rain overnight..

Our first visit to Cape San Blas was awesome. The spot is fairly large gravel but has a flat area. Our 30 ft Class C only took up a small part. The utilities were easy to hook up. The beach is a 2-3 min walk and was actually almost empty. Our little dog loved the sand. Most of the homes were empty.
We looked at other private sites but none were as convenient so we will book with Jen again.

RV on 30E was a great location! The lot doesn’t have a water view but once you’re set up it was nice and private. It’s walking distance to The Trading Post with breakfast & lunch options as well as a fresh fish market. The beach area at the end of the street, however, was not accessible for us. Prior storms have eroded the beach so we had to drive to a public access which was only about a mile away and very nice. After reading reviews we also pulled in from Aruba Dr and set up where our door opened on the opposite side from the street for privacy. The lot is mostly level but we did have to use levelers for one side. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene caused us to have to cut our trip short as we were evacuated after only 1/2 of our vacation but we were relieved to learn that the cape survived with minimal damage. I think this lot is a great option to enjoy the cape!

Nice spot. The spot was easy to get in and out of with our 43’ fifth wheel. Within walking distance to a couple convenient stores and restaurants.

Great little spot for camping at the beach! You have about 6 house to walk past to get to the beach access but it’s a great little walk. The RV spot is huge. All the neighbors we met were great. The downfall is, if you have AT&T, you basically have no service on the Cape and there’s no cable access on the lot. We just went to the Goodwill and bought a DVD player and a ton of movies. If you have animals, watch for the sand spurs! We will be back!

If you’re bringing your camper or RV to the cape and looking for a lot, THIS IS THE ONE!! Perfect location! We took a bike ride from the lot to the state park, about 5.2 miles to the Eagle landing/scallop cove too . An 11 minute walk to Sand Flea rentals, and 1 minute bike ride to the Trading Post! We Will definitely book this lot again!

We stayed on 30 E a couple years ago and enjoyed it very much and was pleased to find it available when we made vacation plans this year. The lot is fairly big, much bigger than a camp ground, it very easy to get in and out of. It is a great location short walk to the beach. Close to the trading post that has groceries, liquor, food , donuts. There are many seafood options close by also that are all very good. We plan on staying there the next time we go.

We really enjoyed visiting this campsite! Short and easy walk to the beach. Far enough off the road to have privacy and has foliage behind/ on the side of the site for more privacy. Super easy in and out, we were able to pull in and set up very quickly. Really quiet street. The beach is a little limited in this area during high tide but we still had plenty of room and were never crowded with others right beside us. The owner was very nice! We will definitely plan to return to this site! :-)

Great spot! We faced our awning away from the main road and had complete privacy! Great location, close to beach, the Trading post, ice cream and beach store! Clean spot and Jen answered quickly with questions during our stay!

RV on 30E was a great spot to set up camp. The space is very large and private with full hookups. Like others, we set up so we faced the wooded area and had lots of room to put out our awning and table. There is a fire pit to use but we didn’t.
Cape San Blas is a beautiful place to hang out at the beach which is a few houses away. There are places to walk and eat in both directions and a wonderful walking/biking path down the entire peninsula. T. H. Stone State Park (which is beautiful with wide sugar white sand beaches) is an 8-10 minute drive. We went to T.H. Stone 2 days to hike and kayak and also to St George State Park to hike and beach.
Another plus is that very cute and touristy Port St Joe is a few minutes away and has the shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Jen was very responsive to all questions and we highly recommend this hipcamp spot!

This was our first hipcamp experience and it won’t be our last. The description is spot on. Lovely and spacious site with water, electric and sewer. The proximity to the beach was amazing. So close to the state park where we hiked ($6.00 entry fee) and only 15 minutes to the golf course. Walking/bike path directly across the street was perfect. We even got a game of pickle ball in at Salinas Park. We enjoyed our stay and had zero issues.

I don’t know who enjoyed our week-long stay more - us or our dogs! Spacious and private lot with easy walks to the dog-friendly beach, Trading Post, Weber’s Donuts, and more. State Park and other public beach accesses are close by and the drive to town is easy peasy. There was some road and construction noise during the day but was nice and quiet at night. We did have an issue with the sewer pump, but Jen was quick to respond and the problem was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Will plan on staying longer next time!

We had a fantastic stay at Jen’s property. It is a large and comfortable space. The gorgeous and very dog friendly beach is steps away. Walking distance to the store and fresh seafood. We will be back.

This was my first Hipcamp experience and it worked out well. The site was clean, almost level and everything was as it was supposed to be water, electric and sewage. There was a fire pit available even though I didn't take advantage of it because it was too windy. And I was very close toT.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. I would recommend this
