It was good for a quick stop on the way to the keys but probably wouldn’t stay a second time. Felt a little sketchy. The host was responsive though which made us feel better. Served its purpose as a driving break but wouldn’t recommend for a weekend getaway.

we loved camping underneath the avocado trees. Every evening there is a beautiful sunset with silhouettes of banana and palm trees. There are other people on the property but we never heard them. It’s so wonderful to be able to have access to a bathroom. Joanne is very kind and walked with us around the property, introducing us to all of the amazing fruit trees. She has mango, avocado, banana, egg, fruit canistel, moringa, Mexican sunflower 🌻 and much more. Her energy is beautiful and very welcomed after a day being in a busy Miami area. This place feels like a sanctuary at night so quiet and lots of awesome Nature and bug sounds. Especially in the morning all the birds are wonderful. 🌅 we would definitely recommend it to a friend!

Nice quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was only 45 mins away from Key Largo which was perfect for me.

Joanne is so lovely, we really enjoyed staying at her place and felt very save. There was a lot of space on the property and we could choose where to sleep. Toilet and shower - nice!

It was like feeling like family! You can venture your family and bring them here to see the stars just 1 hour from Los Callos! There is drinking water, shower, bathroom! Yes, it was a total adventure in a safe place!

Joanne was so lovely and accommodating! She stayed up late for me and made sure I knew how to find everything.
Her property is homely and spacious, the stars were incredible!
She offered me fresh avocados from her trees and made me feel welcomed. I will be stopping by again!

It was beautiful, tenting under the avocado trees and watching the raccoons feast on them at night. My host was very nice. I loved how she decorated the rustic bathroom with broken statues and nautical trinkets. I got tips about a local bar with music, close to an excellent Mexican restaurant, and could bike around the nearby agricultural lands without endangering myself on busy roads.
