Lovely place right across the street from a large RV lot which I would rather go to a dentist then stay in one of those. This facility that Kevin runs is four minutes from the interstate. Fully shaded. But I did manage to get my Star link pointed through.

Lots of space and shade. Electricity was very welcome in the summer heat. Host is working on upgrading the sites. He stopped by a couple times to make sure everything was okay.

The site had lots of space. A campground across the way had what I call “combat camping” and we chuckled a lot about how we had lots of room. Location was easy to find and close to Cumberland National Seashore… our main purpose for being there. Very thankful for electric to run AC!

Loved the privacy for a lazy Sunday off the road! Thanks for having me, it was nice to relax in a quiet area. I don't have a window out the back of my rig so I didn't even notice the factory and road noise doesn't bother me. Good place for a short stay.

Stayed two nights boon-docking there. Perfect for a place to stay if in transit or need a safe place to park while visiting the area for a few days. Factory next door was no issue. Difficult to find at night when arriving for first time. Driveway could be marked with a solar light or a sign.

This site is right outside some kind of factory. There are lights on all night long so if you don't have good blackout curtains may not sleep well. We were overnight Sat - Sun so it might also be noisy on a weekday morning, but not sure. We have a pop top Eurovan and just the regular hum coming from the factory was too much for our noise sensitive kid. A fully enclosed camper is probably the only rug for this site. However, it's very close the the highway and a gas station so it's good for those aspects.

The site was conviently located just off I95. It was easy to find and the sites were gravel so our Class B had no problem, even though it had been raining heavily. There are beautiful oak trees on the property and it was very quiet. This was our first time using Hipcamp and Kevin was easy to work with. There is a plant of some sort behind the property that is lit all night but that didn't bother us with our shades down. We will stay there again. Thank you Kevin for allowing us a safe place to overnight.
