Back-In 50-Amp - Water & Electric

Tried to get my reservation changed, but no wat to get a hold of someone in Hipcamp or the person renting the RV space. Then, yesterday, someone from Hipcamp calls and leaves a message, stating that we owe for an extra day. Extra day!?! We never even stayed the days I reserved, because the location ended up being too far from our event! (That is why I was trying to contact/cancel the reservation in the first place: it was too far a location.) Needs better communication.
