Duck Lake Lodge Campground is a family friendly and down to earth outdoorsman's lodge and property located just outside of Babb. Mt in the heart of North America's Backbone, Glacier National Park. Our location is surrounded by woods in a safe, cozy rustic and serene environment, just minutes from the park, on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation rich with history and amazing culture. Our camping spots have wooded surroundings, secure bathrooms, showers-$5, coin laundry for and campers, trash facilities. Sites are nestled in the trees with picnic tables, campfire rings at each Tent site location. Pop up tents, camp vans, Rooftop tent should reserve an Electric Avenue Spot We have Electric Sites available for Car, Campvan, Rooftop tents, tents We recommend surge protectors. Our main lodge features a Cafe and Snack Bar, there is also WIFI. It is quiet, safe and family friendly area, pets are welcome as well. You can also access a community bonfire area on the main lawn, as well as a pond area with numerous waterfowl. Rich with wildlife you can see deer, moose, ducks, beavers, various bird species, as well as hummingbirds that are here to welcome you. Even the occasional bear or moose sighting. The sunset and sunrises are breathtaking. We invite you to come and explore Glacier's pristine forests, alpine meadows, rugged mountains, and spectacular lakes. With over 700 miles of trails, Glacier National Park is a paradise for adventurous visitors seeking wilderness and solitude. It's a real home away from home Glacier Base Camp. The property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. We are in bear and wildlife country. Be aware, store food items away from tents, keep sites free from debris. Extinguish camp fires when not in use. Terri was an awesome host! We were one of the last tent campers of the season and she made sure we had great shower accommodations since the actual campgrounds had to be closed for maintenance. We also needed bear spray which she let us borrow and then ended up giving to us for the rest of our trip as we were leaving (which we passed on to our next campsite before our flight). Definitely want to try staying in the lodge next time!

Overall, we had a great experience! Tent site 2 was in a nice spot and more private than the rest. We have a truck bed camper and this spot was not as level as we would have liked, but would have been great for a tent. The staff was extremely nice and the complementary coffee in the morning at the lodge was delicious and a big win!!

Cabin in the Trees Site 19
I really enjoyed the cabin on our overnight stay. Everything including the bathroom facilities was clean and the cabin was appointed as described. This is an excellent location for visiting Glacier National Park. The only downside was that because we were an expected late arrival, there was to be a key code at the site .As it turned out the key code/ tag was found by the lady at the front desk the next am. Another camper graciously gave us the code to the restrooms and suggested we try the same code to get into the key box ! It worked and we were able to get in our cabin and didn’t have to call the hosts late at night

We tent camped at Duck Lake Lodge and the experience was good overall, the campsite had plenty of room and the staff was very nice. I didn't realize is that the shower and bathroom was combined into one, and there was one men's and one women's for the campground. It can be a decent wait for the women's restroom. But the showers were free and hot, and that was greatly appreciated. The restaurant wasn't open while we were there, so I can't speak to the food. It's close to the Many Glacier park entrance and it is a convenient place to stay when visiting that area.

We loved the location to Glacier NP, however there was no one in the office the day that we arrived during the designated time of 3-8pm when we got there around 4pm. Also, the information on Hipcamp needs to be updated. Specifically the meet and greet to get tokens for the shower. Luckily, the bathroom code was on the office counter and we eventually found the tokens. The laundry and industrial sink were a bonus!

Nice site and nice people! They let us borrow bear spray because there was a bear in the area (didn’t need to use it.) wish the washrooms were a little more updated but not a huge deal. The location was awesome

We loved our stay at Terri and Max’s campsite. They are very sweet people and their space is accommodating & very nice. It was amazing to sleep under the beautiful aspen trees on their property.

We stayed in our van on the property and it was great! Nice flat spot, easy electrical hookup and super close to the Many Glaciers and St Mary entrances to the park. Hot shower, a bathroom and laundry close by. Teri is super nice and the lodge was very welcoming for wifi and delicious coffee!

The hosts were very friendly and they had some little extras I appreciated. The free coffee in the morning was great to warm up and the onsite laundry and sink to wash dishes was nice. The site was close to the bathroom, dumpster, and not a far walk to the lodge for my morning coffee. They lent out bear spray for my hiking at Glacier and the Wi-Fi worked well at the lodge area.

Cabin in the Trees Site 19
Overall we had a good experience and we would stay again, as the price is affordable compared to other accommodations in the area. There are just two bathrooms available, one for man and one for woman, both have a toilet and a shower, so you better not be in a hurry to go when someone’s taking a shower. Lots of towels and toiletries supplied, sheets were clean, but we found lots of dead flies on the floor upon entry, thankfully there was a manual vacuum provided so I was able to clean the carpet.

Terri was super sweet and very helpful during our stay. Our site #1 had plenty of room for us park the camper and still have the truck in front of it. The location was perfect for visiting the Many Glacier area - less than a 30 minute drive! I hope we can come back again soon.

Won’t return because of the bathroom situation. Only one toilet and shower (1 for men and another for women) for the ENTIRE campsite. When the shower is in use, no one can use the toilet. The women’s shower puts out a mist of water.

Terri was very kind and responsive during our stay, however we were not notified a bear had been visiting the property nightly until after our arrival. There was also some food trash left at our campsite from previous guests. We notified Terri about the trash and she responded quickly but it did leave us a little uneasy about our stay that night.

Cute campsite! Has bathrooms, shower, and laundry. Also has a cabin you can either stay in or use to get Wi-Fi. Had a cafe but with limited time you can go. Overall great place!!

Overall the experience went well. The people are friendly and the sites aren't stacked on top of each other. I would not recommend Tent Site 7 if you are staying in a tent as it not level at all. The place could use a little TLC. The tent areas could use a mow and they really need to put a lock on the inside of the men's restroom. It is extremely close (25 minutes) to the St Mary entrance which is a huge bonus in my book. All in all I would stay here again but I would pick a different tent site.

Tent pad areas are bigger the closer you are to the bath house. Site 6 has a great lawn and sturdy hammock trees enough space to hang two. The shower is warm and having the laundry utility sink access is wonderful. Peaceful, just off a low use highway, and tucked into the landscape. I would come again.

Stayed in the RV park. Bad sites in the weeds. The sewer hookup was so far away that we could not use it. Bathrooms need a lot of maintenance but were reasonable clean. Good news is that it is close to the park.

Best Hipcamp ever! Beautiful and convenient location to East Glacier and Waterton. Hot showers, clean bathrooms, tent sites are spread out nicely. Spent three nights here and really enjoyed having this as a base.

Terri was amazing! She really makes you feel at home and was super responsive. Woke up to fresh coffee brewed at the Lodge that even though we were camping we had access to. Great experience and only 20 minutes from Many Glacier. Great location!

We loved our time in this little cabin. Nice and close to bathroom/shower with plenty of room for three people to sleep after a long day of hiking! Very nice and close to the east entrances of Glacier. Restaurant is basic but very nice to have on site!
