Enjoy this private place in the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Explore almost 2 acres with many persimmon trees and also pear, and pecan trees. Soak in your private hot tub or go for a hike on a senic mountain trail and view the area’s breathtaking waterfalls. Listen to the birds, smell the clean fresh air or enjoy the company of friends by a crackling fire. Couples and families can come to this special place to reconnect with each other and build memories to share for a lifetime. The space Rustic and spaciuos home with pine walls and ceiling. A full kitchen for family meals. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and each one has a beautiful view. The full master bath has a walkout balcony. There is also a full bath on the main floor. Enjoy the working wood burning stove, play a game, or read a book. Have a bonfire or soak in the large hot tub. This is an all electric home with the energy provided by 21 solar panels. Guest access There is a digital lock with an entry code. Other things to note Note from a Guest: Great property for family, couple, or small group This unique farmhouse style home is a great choice for travelers and an excellent venue for gatherings by local residents. It has easy access but the property has abundant trees and is secluded from nearby roads and homes for privacy. The interior, baths, and kitchen are updated but maintain a pleasant farmhouse feel. The host had it perfectly clean and well stocked. It has a bonfire pit and a smaller fire pit for outside gatherings and the hot tub was immaculately clean, heated, and ready for use when we arrived. Kids can enjoy swings and slides. We used it for a small gathering where about a dozen guests gathered during the day and six spent the night. Could not have been happier with property or hosts. Fireworks are legal and permitted within reasonable hours. Horses are welcome.

Camper Cabin At Persimmon Farm

It’s like tent camping with more comfort. A bathhouse is near by with hot showers indoor, plus outdoor shower. You’ll need a sleeping bag. Cabin comes with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and television with WiFi. Heat plus a/c. There is a barrel sauna available for all guests, and a playground for children. Parking is about 200’ away. At this location, there are 3 other airbnb units. A main house, a fully furnished tent site and a treehouse. The space The bed is similar to a bunk bed without the lower bunk. There is a futon which could accommodate 1 or 2 people. You’ll need sleeping bags. We say that the camper cabin will accommodate 3 people, however it will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It would be a tight fit, but there is a cot available for a 5th person. Includes 2 blankets, 2 pillows and a sheet if you need it. There are 2 sets of towels. Extra towels are located in the sauna. Other items include a wash basin, flashlight, 2 folding chairs, a battery fan, an ice chest and 2 water carriers. Guest access This is a 5 acre property. There is a designated parking area with a 200’ walk to the cabin. The sauna is available to all guests but the hot tub is only for guests at the main house. The children’s area is available to everyone. The bathhouse is available for the camper cabin, tent site and treehouse. Other things to note This cabin is much like the clubhouse you had as a teen or the one you wished you had. You can relive those days. It’s a little bit roughing it and a little bit Glamping. There is an outdoor cedar barrel sauna by Almost Heaven Saunas. It’s a 4 person sauna. You may be able to see wild turkeys in the field behind the cabin. Pets are limited to one at the cabin, and your pet must be on a leash since there are free range chickens and guineas.

You will feel like you’re camping amongst the trees while experiencing the comforts of central a/c & heat. Kitchen has a cooktop, refrigerator, & microwave. An outdoor hanging bed is under the treehouse. Bathhouse with indoor & outdoor showers & composting toilet. Use the barrel sauna by Almost Heaven Saunas. Visit the extensive play area plus 2 slides for treehouse guests only. The treehouse is as private as we can make it. There is a talking mirror & rocking chair back porch. The space There are 2 lofts, but only one is accessible. We have a ladder for loft access. For sleeping accommodations, the treehouse has a full size bed, a cot stored under the bed, a daybed in the loft and a swinging outdoor bed under the treehouse. I’d say that it will accommodate at least 6, however 4 is what we list. There is an additional charge for more than 4. There is a small front deck with a gas grill. The back deck has rocking chairs with access to a slide. The swinging outdoor bed is under the treehouse. We don’t keep sheets on the outdoor bed, but if you think you might want to sleep there, give us advance notice and we will have it ready for you. Guest access Treehouse guests have access to a communal sauna and a children’s play area. There are four rental units on the property. Other things to note There is a bathhouse with a composting toilet, vanity and hot shower. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water, however the outdoor shower is closed for winter.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Have you wanted to go camping, but you don’t have all the equipment or maybe your partner says no to sleeping on the ground? In this tent, you get a real bed with all bedding supplied. Bring food & ice, and cooking supplies. There is a heated & cooled bathhouse with hot shower plus a hot outdoor shower and a composting toilet. There is also a solar heated shower. You get access a 4 person barrel sauna & children’s playground. The space Drive left of the garage and park behind the garage. You will see the tent to your left. Guest access The hot tub is only available to guests at the main house. The grounds including the children’s play area and the sauna are available to all guests. Other things to note The tent is designed for 2 people however there are extra tents under the bed. You can use those tents for extra people. Nothing is provided with those tents. You should bring sleeping bags as a minimum for the extra tents.
