The park is located in Huntington, Utah, a community of 2,000 working to keep Utah's second and fourth largest power plants and supplemental solar project going. The towns economy is also supported by raising livestock. Fresh, grass-fed and locally grown beef is available at the local butcher. Local attractions include the Wedge overlook into the Little Grand Canyon accessible via dirt road 40 minutes from this property.
