This was the perfect camping spot! Lots of space to set up hammocks, cook, pitch a tent, and sit around a fire. It's close to gas stations and a corner store for when we needed last-minute supplies, and the drive to pristine, quiet, dog-friendly beaches on St. George Island was only 15 minutes or so. Recommending this campsite to friends!

This is such a great gulf front lot. It's pretty level with small gravel lining the driveway. Nice little raised deck and a charcoal grill available for your use. We had no problem pulling in with our Airstream and getting our truck out of the way for use. The path to the gulf is clear and the beach is amazing! Double bag your garbage or place in the bed of your truck until you leave as there's at least one bobcat tipping the trash can over to get to the contents. Would love to go back sometime.

Wow! Where to begin. We had the best time at Justin & Misty’s land. The beach was beautiful and so private. We were the only people there. The dark sky did not disappoint - even with an almost full moon, I do believe it when they say Cape San Blas is a Bortle 2. Excellent spot. Excellent stay! Thank you!

The Hipcamp was in an awesome location for exploring the area with beautiful views of the bay. The parking area was mostly private with a bunch of foliage and only view of the house was further down the driveway. Road noise did make a impact early on in the night but after midnight it quieted down.

It's Creek Time - Howard Creek

One acre with an area of 80x120 fenced in the eclectic fishing community of Howard Creek. DOG FRIENDLY! You can put your boat in just 5 minutes away. Howard Creek is located just 20 minutes from the St Joe Bay for saltwater fishing or access to the Gulf of Mexico, 15 minutes from the Intracoastal waterway access at White City, FL and 35 minutes from the Dead Lakes in Wewahitchka, FL. Flat site partially tucked behind some trees and set back 80 feet off of the sand street. Well water hookup, septic capabilities with macerator (lav pump), electric with 30 and 50 amp at the box on the pole (approx. 100 feet from primary parking spot) or 30 amp at the parking spot, corner of pole barn. COLD water shower and sink available. There is a pole barn on the property with our camper stored under it. You're welcome to use the remaining space under the pole barn for your leisure, approximately 20x35 ft. We're dog people! Your dogs are welcome but must supervised while you're away from the property. We have some wonderful neighbors and do not want to disturb them. There are security cameras present on the property. This is a wonderful "Forgotten Coast" region of the Florida panhandle with so much to see and do within minutes. This area took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael in 2018 and has worked hard at recovery, with so much rebuilding and growth over the last few years. Howard Creek is an eclectic little fishing community made up of a variety of residents from weekend fishers, summer or winter visitors and full time residents. This little golf cart community offers a small general store, a small community church, a volunteer fire department and two landings to put your boat in. Just 20 minutes from the quaint little beach town of Port Saint Joe, Florida. PSJ is known for its warm, welcoming people, old world Florida feel, dog-friendly beaches, Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. Many locally owned wonderful restaurants, bakeries and shops. It's easy to find a charter out of PSJ if you're interested in fishing! If you leave our site and head north, you're just 35 minutes from the Dead Lakes in Wewahitchka; some gorgeous old Florida natural views and fresh water fishing; bream, large mouth bass, crappie, shellcracker and catfish.

You never know their might even be baby goat to hold and bottle feed. There are chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, quail and turkeys galore. We now have Peacocks!!! We also have 4 BIG PIG that love ear scratches. We offer farm tours!!! There are livestock guardian dogs that protect the farm. They sleep lots during the day and patrol at night so they bark lots at night... We are a REAL WORKING FARM. You can join in on morning feeding or collet eggs. Some stay over on the way to the beach or southern Florida and revisit on their way back home and even some end up staying for a couple of days when they are surprised at all there is to do. Also inquire about snowbirding or a possible work camp opportunity. Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are currently working on a bath house with laundry facilities will be ready by the fall of 23. a total of 4 sites on 100 acres (with a couple of more in the works with some tent site on the horizon too) you are sure to be able to find a quiet place. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting. Step back in time and disconnect on this private, .25 acre fenced in lot, directly across from Fisherman's Landing in the secluded Howard Creek Community. Has 2 full hook up sites and both have 30 and 50 amp service. Come alone or bring a friend with their RV. Water is serviced from a private well. If you are not familiar with well water, make sure to bring your bottled water for drinking. Cell phone service is very spotty and there's no WiFi. But walk across the street to the upper landing store and they might allow you to access their WiFi. Take a short walk or drive down the road and there's good Verizon service. RV sites are graveled and there is a fire pit avaibable. Please do NOT use the stacked wood on site. You must bring your own. PLEASE do not throw or burn garbage in pit. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side).  The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path).  Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach! Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required).   The sleepy little towns of Port St. Joe and Appalachicola have so many great local restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of these old Florida towns. If you've never taken your crew and camped right on the beach, then this is the place for you. Completely private lot with only private houses around on a sandy road and your own private beach access. Enjoy your stay!
