Spacious, basic, and quiet, with occasional road noise. Very natural environment with trees and a small orchard, access to potable water to rinse and drink. Wooden fence around property, we felt very safe! Lighted and clean port a potties and 2 wonderful hot showers. Detached kitchen with power outlets and fridge a super plus!
The most incredibly warm and welcoming hosts ever, Maggie and Mike are very responsive hosts, and gave us excellent advice and suggestions for our nearby explorations, they made us feel at home. Beaches between 40-60 min away depending on which beach.

I had the site to myself so that was a treat. The location was easy to find and super private. Enjoyed the hot shower and the stars at night were unreal! Thanks to Maggie for having me & I will return for some music during the season 🙏🏼

Sweet piece of land with an outbuilding that serves as a ready-made kitchen. Portapotty (2) very clean. Didn’t use showers, but saw everything you’d need to feel refreshed. A safe, easy-to-reach space to camp while seeing area (panama city beach). Maggie, the host, is welcoming and genuine. she

Good comfortable place to spend the night. I can tell it would be so cool with the music! With the help of ear plugs I was able to forget about the road noise, and get some rest. Thanks M&M!

I love staying with Mike and Maggie. These folks are so welcoming and down to earth that you instantly feel like you belong.
Don't skip the shower. It's got some serious on-demand hot water and great water pressure.

I stayed at Maggies in a 33 ft Motor home. Class C. We boon
docked which is a fairly new experience. I changed my reservations and Maggie was very accommodating. We stayed for one night in order that I could visit a Niece in Southport near Panama City. When driving to Maggie"s I passed it up the first time. The Sign was obscured some by plants. I went quite a ways to be able to turn around. Maggie met us and was helpful in getting onto her property. I was questioning if the gate was wide enough. It is a double gate but only one side open. Upon opening the 2nd gate and disconnecting toad I was able to go trough gate easily. Maggie's place is very unique. I would love to be there when they are playing music on the stage area. There were port a pots that had just been cleaned and outdoor showers with hot water. We did not need to use but I would have if I needed to. We had all we needed in the motorhome. I would go back and stay here.

Absolutely beautiful place, right down the road from natural springs. The space is large and very well maintained. Very easy to set up camp on the even ground too. The stars out there are absolutely breathtaking, and having clean porta potties and hot showers was an even better bonus. Maggie and Mike were so welcoming even last minute on a holiday and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed! 1000% will be returning.

I loved camping here with my son! There was a natural spring within 5 minutes where we did a cold plunge for the 3 mornings we were there! I cant wait to go back again!

As always, Maggie and Mikes never disappoints! Our third time staying here (as tent campers) and it certainly won’t be our last. Great proximity to Panama City beaches without having to deal with the touristy chaos, and even closer to the local cold springs.. if you’re a camper that doesn’t need direct hookups (electricity and water are still available, just not direct hookups to your RV/trailer/tent/etc.) and looking for a great place to stay in the area that’s close to everything, not just beaches, then this is your place! Great hosts, great property, and great location! Also stargazing at night is astounding!! If your looking for something extremely secluded without others campers, this *may* not be your place, but for people who like seclusion camping (ie. us) , we really did not mind the other campers on the property at all, its spread out enough to feel private and they limit the number of other campers, so even with others present it still feels pretty private. Highly recommend!!

Pros:
Great location close to springs. Reasonable price. Nice to have access to porttapotty, shower, and fire pit. We liked the lights that identified each tent site.
Cons: There was a lot of traffic passing by the property at all hours of the night and sometimes the vehicles would be blasting loud music as they passed by. The Property needs more fire ant control. The property had a few old campers, trailers, carports that looked unsightly and unused. The owners were not very responsive to our messages.

Had a great time camping great host hot showers very quiet and peaceful at night
Really enjoyed thunder on the beach and the air show was awesome can't wait till the next trip back thanks to Mike and Maggie awesome host always makes us fill at home

Nice private and safe camp space. Maggie is a wonderful host. Outdoor showers with on demand hot water and a kitchen space for use if needed made my stay very comfortable. I will stay again when I am in the area.

I spent two nights here, the host was very welcoming and the grounds were well kept. I didn't venture around much due to my work schedule I pretty much was just there for a place to sleep. Although she did make sure I knew I was welcomed to hang out and access all the amenities as I needed. The shower was excellent, you can get it as hot as you like, there's two porta potty's that were clean and well stocked. Honestly no complaints, I kind of keep to myself and was able to do so, it was a quiet and peaceful trip.
