BIGFOOT FLAT on Willow Creek

The space was great! We stayed on site 4 which backed up to a creek, which was nice background noise at night. Camping sites were well spaced out and felt private.

Relaxing stay.

Shannon was a great host, responding to all my questions before and after booking. The site was very nice and private (because no one else was there) but would have been nice even with others as there was ample space between the sites. Very happy there was a port a potty and fresh water. Road noise was present but very tolerable.

Wow, what a beautiful place to camp! I lucked out and had the whole property to myself, but even if other people were there, I don't think I would have noticed much. You do hear the cars on the highway but it's not bad. Lots of space under the trees and mountains. Beautiful creek to fall asleep to. I'll be staying here again when I pass through!

This site was beautiful! My pup loved dipping his piggies in the creek after our long drive day. The directions were super clear and the bathrooms were SO clean. I’ll definitely stay there again on my next road trips :)

Beautiful area!

Wonderful, small private campground in a beautiful part of Northern California. Pretty creek running through the property, plenty of flat places for camping. We camped in spot three and loved it. There is a road above the campground, but traffic is very infrequent and did not bother us at all. Shannon was super quick communicating and made our stay even better.

This location was absolutely stunning. The creek is beautiful and sings you to sleep. The trees surround you and greet you each morning. The bathroom is very clean and well kept. Shannon was lovely and very helpful as well. We will not only be returning but already have other people looking to use the site as well.

It was a perfect spot for our needs. The road is nearby but not very evident. The campsite (and whole campground) was quiet, peaceful, clean, and safe. There was one other group there our first night and just us (in a truck camper) the second two nights. Would have stayed longer had it not started to rain.

Amazing Campsite

Me and my friends absolutely loved camping on Shannon's land! There was easily accessible clean water, two easily accessible trashcans, an easily accessible clean porta potty, a wonderful fire pit, a picnic table, and flat soft patches of land perfect for pitching a tent! Also it was less than 50 ft from a beautiful and refreshing river!

Bigfoot Flat Site #5

First Hipcamp experience couldn't have been better. The place was amazing, came with potable water and porta potty. I even debated on calling out of work the next day so I could spend one more day out here. I'll 100% be back and tell people about this site. Shannon was really nice and answered all my questions in a timely manner 😊.

Glorious is the word that comes to mind. This is our go to spot and we try to come a couple times of year. Shannon is the best host you could ask for! We didn’t get to see our crows this time but I think a fox was patrolling the area at night. Of course my dog slept right through it lol . The stars are magnificent and watching the sun come up over the trees is the way I want to start every single day. Counting the days until we can return. Thank you Shannon for having such an amazing place

Excellent spot for rock hounds, the creek has different metamorphic rocks. The creek was clear and chill, perfect for soaking in during the 100°F days. The valley where the land is at doesn't get full, direct sunlight until about 10am, which is good for sleeping in. Bring tent footprints of some sort, the entire area is rocky and staking is difficult.

Shannon’s land is beautifully kept and well maintained! The creek is crystal clear and so fun to explore! Our pup had a wonderful time swimming!! Scenic pictures and a very peaceful time! We had the whole place to ourselves as well! Shannon communicated often and was extremely helpful and friendly! Highly recommend Shannon’s campsite for your future adventures!!

Great site, nice area, great Hostes

Great site -- we enjoyed camping down by the creek and highway noise was barely noticeable. We had the entire campground to ourselves (can't guarantee you'll get that of course!) and enjoyed the solitude and the wide open space. A much better experience than the usual crowded forest service campgrounds. We were transiting through so didn't spend any time other than the night there but it was pleasant, easily accessible, with clean porta-pottys and we appreciated the water. Hostess Shannon was super nice, helpful and extremely responsive. Highly recommended 5*

Beautiful property even took some pictures of footprints that look just like Bigfoot prints and I also got a glimpse of it walking on the other side of the creek it was absolutely incredible I seen the face looking right at me as it walked by incredible just like the video from year's back I'm going back when I get the chance for sure

This was such a fantastic trip for us. There was plenty of room to explore and a stunning little oasis in the creek. We spent so much time playing in the creek!! On the first evening I saw a black bear walking across the creek. It was my first one and a very beautiful sight! I also put my trail cam out for the night and saw coyote which was very cool. Shannon was super nice and she provided big barrels of fresh water which was really nice because it was HOT! (100+.) The big open areas made for great stargazing and we saw some interesting UFOish kinda stuff! I explored the town nearby and enjoyed the Bigfoot Museum and the Bigfoot Cannabis Club as well as the espresso shop nearby. We added this spot to our favorites! We will definitely return! Thank you :)

All the sites were amazing. The beautiful creek was just great! Great place to cool down when it was very warm! The sites were clean. The restrooms were clean and Shannon was a great host! We will be back!
