My pups and I had a wonderful time! Nancy was so sweet and welcoming getting us settled in. The spot is comfortable and quiet with excellent amenities and plenty of space to spread out and relax. My pups ran around and had a great time chasing ground squirrels. They loved it so much I had to convince them to go to bed at night! Nancy also sent us lists she made of recommendations for parks and beaches they would enjoy!
We will definitely come back!
Nancy was so welcoming and the place is very beautiful. The barn was full and she introduced us to theb
other guests which helped facilitate conversations. The common areas are ripe for shared pleasant evenings and good conversations. The Grooms room is partitioned off from the Bridal roim. This means sound and light comes into
the Grooms room from the Bridal room. I really enjoyed the couple and their dog, but one of them snored loudly and I could not sleep. The space felt private, but If the other room is booked you might get some unpleasant noise that just cant be helped even by the most polite of company. I would stay again, but maybe not when both rooms are occupied.
We really enjoyed our four nights at Mi Querida ranch. It was so beautiful and peaceful. It is close to a lot of pretty places. We loved giving carrots to Daisy the donkey and Hannah the horse. We had a wild turkey staying in a pine tree near our campsite. What a charming place and Nancy is a very nice host.
Nancy was very communicative through the whole process. Her property is so relaxing and peaceful. We have a 30 ft class A and parked at the 50 amp site. We didnt have to do a lot of leveling. Since we were the only campers there, she allowed our dogs to run freely. Her land is entirely fenced. The pups loved it as much as we did. Bring some carrots to feed Hannah and Daisy (horse and donkey). They are very sweet. If you dont have any carrots, Nancy has treats on the table by the fence where instructions are posted on how to feed them. We will definitely visit again.
There was enough space to park and comfortably camp in our 15’ trailer while our dog wandered the property. It was a great evening and there was a nice, clean bathroom to use. We were able to say hi to the horse and donkey in the morning while we cooked breakfast. Super friendly host.
Nancy is the best! Our weekend trip was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our pups. Nancy was extremely accommodating and a wonderful host. And the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We can’t wait to return.
Nancy was an amazing host. Super kind, helpful and a wonderful human! Got to meet some of the neighbors and learn about the area The property is beautiful and everything works as promised. Easy drive to Monterey. Beautiful eucalyptus trees! Thanks again Nancy! Would stay again!
Nancy was very accommodating and helpful and we had the site to ourselves. The bathroom/shower facilities are a bit rustic but the view across the paddock was nice and the surroundings were very quiet. Hannah the horse and Daisy the donkey were sweethearts.
We had a wonderful time with our family at Nancy’s ranch! The sunsets were beautiful, Hannah and Daisy were so much fun for us to feed. The space had all we needed and it was quiet. Oh and the stars. Thank you Nancy for such a sweet time away. Loved it!
Very relaxing and quiet place to stay. Host is very welcoming. Even gave us snacks for our dog. We had the whole property for ourselves. The site has access to potable water, electricity, bathroom and a shower. The shower is cold water. There is a microwave and refrigerator. There is also a share area that you can use with chairs, tables and a grill. We ha
I enjoyed my stay with Nancy, I love the property and the view of course. It’s in the country I would say, surrounded by beautiful views and animals. There were other guest there but everyone was spread apart and never saw each other. I also loved here personality and we vibed really well. I’d would recommend.
Absolutely gorgeous spot and Nancy is a wonderful host! We had a beautiful, relaxing night under the stars on our way between Big Sur and Yosemite. The ranch is lovely and we really loved being able to enjoy a nice BBQ and shower in the morning ☺️
Great site. Wonderful host very accommodating. Water hookup not working but we didn’t pay for it anyway. Alternate options were offered during our stay.
Nancy was wonderful with easy directions, coming to meet me to follow her to the property, and was very welcoming to me and my dog, he even got a little cup of treats! She and her property felt very safe, and I was grateful for a place to land for the night on a long road trip!
Repeat Visit! We love this beautiful place so much we changed our travel arrangements to come back. Nancy is THE BEST HOSTESS, bar none. She has been unfailingly kind and helpful in all regards. The campsite is quiet, rural, smells WONDERFUL from all the eucalyptus trees. Pups and I enjoyed hour plus hikes each day and the stars at night are amazing. I could not ask for a better place to rest between competitions and teaching.
Nancy is such an amazing host and is so welcoming! The land is beautiful and being able to meet/feed her horse and donkey. We were traveling with our dog and she encouraged us to let her off leash since the whole property is fenced in and our dog loved it!
Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!
Nancy was a very gracious host meeting us at the meeting point and guiding us in. She even saved me by bringing me coffee supplies to make my coffee in the morning! Daisy, the donkey and Hannah the horse were wonderful companions as well. Charming little outdoorsy retreat. Very conveniently located off the highway near San Juan Bautista
Several nice level spots for an RV on a working ranch with some common areas with bathrooms and firepit. A couple of Donkeys with big personalities! Nancy is a personable and helpful host. Nice quiet spot.
Absolutely beautiful spot and perfect weather! We were looking for quiet and peaceful and Nancy's lovely place had loads of both. Also Nancy is a wonderful, caring hostess. Just the best!
Was just how it was advertised. Nancy was lovely and very communicative. The site was enjoyable and quiet, the horse and donkey were very friendly. Be aware it was very dusty at this time of the year.
Nancy was absolutely an amazing host and guide! We were first time boondocking campers and found Nancy’s secret gem! Highly recommend her oasis for people that want pure peace and serenity! Thank you a million times and more! We will be back! Love Aaron, Laurel, Daisy Mae, David Bowie and Malibu Rain 😘🦋❤️
It was a fun property, with peace and quiet. The owner Nancy took the extra time to link us up with the neighbors to show off their baby ostriches! Plus being so close to Nancy’s sweet horse and donkey was a treat! No bugs, nice weather, clean bathroom:)
Nancy has a lovely quiet little valley away from the hustle of San Jose. There are neighbors around but they're all friendly and very quiet. We were there in the summer time, but the temperature dropped to a lovely, breezy 60's ish overnight. Clouds and fog rolled in and helped give a great sleep. When the clouds stayed away, the stars were amazing and a big beautiful moon rose over the valley. Above all, Nancy was Super welcoming and friendly.
