Learn more about this land: Welcome to Gulf Breezes Whispering Pines R.V! We have two RV sites and a 40ft Luxury Montana Trailer, all featuring 50-30-20 electrical hookups, full water and sewer, and there is a private gate into the campsites off of Beach Road! Bikes and golf carts are welcomed in the community, and there's a 3-mile bike path and walking path to the beaches and other islands. This part of the Florida gulf coast is known for great redfish & trout fishing, and the best scalloping on the Gulf of Mexico! Bring your boat, we're only 3 miles from Keaton Beach Boat Ramp, and only about 1 mile from Dark Island Boat Ramp. Check out Roy's restaurant for a beautiful sunset dinner on the river, only about a 20 minute drive away in sleepy Steinhatchee. Enjoy the charms of small town Florida and escape from the sounds and stresses of the city!

    Manicured site with easy access. Boat ramp close by. Quiet . This area has plenty of no seeums morning and evening. Need to drive about to get to beaches and restaurants.

    Gulf Breezes Whispering Pines R.V.
    We loved staying on Jim‘s land. Altough it is next to the street it is very quiet and we slept wonderfully. The site is beautifully arranged and very well taken care of. It is very close to the cute and calm Keaton beach. Jim and his wife are lovely hosts who created a little paradise.

    New, clean, quiet!
    Gulf Breezes Whispering Pines R.V.
    My husband and I (and our pug!) simply needed a spot to rest for the night on a long drive to Texas. We have a 30ft RV and towing our Subaru. Jim’s spot was perfect and accommodating for our ‘long train’! Jim and Jan were very hospitable, knowledgeable on the area, and welcoming to our pug :) This was our first hip camp stay and we’re glad it was so flawless!
