Kokomo Farms is an Organic rescue farm on approximately 20 acres. We named Kokomo Farms after our two loves. We traveled for years only to discover Kokomo is inside of us all . Our love for unwanted animals from horses, pigs chickens, ducks, dogs, birds (well you get the idea) allows us to care for rescued animals. We offer many different unique stays from our Glamping Netted Hanging Round Bed to a converted Shipping Container made into an Eco Friendly Tiny Home to even a Tiny House Cottage and a treehouse! Soak in our zen garden hot tub . The Zen garden is a peaceful botanical retreat. It's a fun and romantic vibe if you love animals to just relax and breathe! Bring a good book to read on the back porch of the Main house, add your artistic talents to our artwall, lie on our stargazing bed and enjoy our beautiful dark skies, meander thru the greenhouse, or enjoy our weekend community fires, or just Wander around Kokomo's spacious property which includes a beautiful Hammock of 200+ yr old Live Oak trees. Bring carrots to make horse friends. All our animals are retired but love to interact. Rent a Kayak from a local outfitter for the Historic Suwannee River and enjoy North Florida's best natural resources that are very nearby, or just visit our local beautiful springs for a swim or hike! Come enjoy a little of our paradise.

You can sleep under the stars in our back porch Hanging netted bed room just off the Zen garden where you can watch your favorite movie from your bed. The room is enclosed with windows and louvered doors for your privacy. There is a mini fridge, microwave,and coffee station and in a shared area just around the corner. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall into the koi fish pond  and romantic hotub nearby in the Zen garden. This is a glamping room on the front porch of the main house, not an inside room so bugs may be present as they are endemic to florida. Experience the wonders of camping in comfort , the garden has propane bbq grill and stove top, a shared mini fridge is available, along with a coffee station and cooking amenities. Amazing stay!

After a very long day of traveling, the welcome we received was amazing. We were guided to our private site, shown all the hookups bathroom locations and even an invite for coffee in the morning. This place has real bathrooms and the hot shower was amazing at the end of our day. We only stayed one night so we could continue on our trip but we had a very peaceful evening and lots of rest. Highly recommend that you give this a visit.

I have stayed here before back in 2023, and I can say the same as I did then it is so magical here! Just the place I needed to be for my spring break from college to relax and enjoy nature stress free. The horses are so gentle and I enjoyed feeding them. Waking up to the roosters is so much more inviting than an alarm lol. Trudy is always the best host! My partner enjoyed all the games around and it got quite competitive! We also enjoyed some painting at the little paint station. I really recommended checking out the springs around in the area! But to top it off, my partner loved this place so much he proposed here! Like I said everything about this stay was magical and I can’t recommend it enough!

Everything is just as described or better. There's plenty of space for campers to wander and the sites are spread out enough to give everyone privacy. Each site has their own grill for cooking and seating area and the main house has even more options for cooking and lounging. Stargazers won't be disappointed as the location is very remote and free of light pollution. There's also a dollar general just a couple miles away in case you forgot any necessities.

Tiny House Cottage
My son and I got there later than we would have liked and had to leave early, but we absolutely loved Kokomo Farms! The tiny house was amazing and we’ve talked to quite a few people since leaving and told them all about it, and even helped a few people to download hipcamp so they can see for themselves and hopefully book a stay. The bed was very comfortable, the little fireplace heater kept us warm, the shower was amazing and the water pressure was great! My son is ready to come back asap and I’ve told him I’ll look into getting is back there as soon as I can. If you have to chance to book at Kokomo Farms just do it, I’d imagine all the stays there are great and comfortable!

Great escape

We loved our time here. The hosts were both very kind and helpful. They take pride in their land and made us feel right at home. It was a perfect getaway. The animals are an extra bonus and we enjoyed feeding them. We will definitely be back .

Dreamer's Escape Treehouse
Trudy's farm is absolutely wonderful, and the treehouse was a special treat. Loved visiting with the animals--Trudy and roosters Burt and Ernie greeted me upon arrival. Didn't have time to enjoy everything that was available but really wish I had. Would def come back here!

This was the nicest cabin hipcamp that we've stayed at. So nice that we didn't even get to do all the things it comes with because we had to leave early. If your looking for a place to sleep and have some activities this is your place. Plus all the proceeds go to them helping animals. If you have the extra money stay here!!

Trudy was very welcoming and friendly, our stay was extremely relaxing and we loved all the animals just cruising around. There are lots of board games and things to keep you busy with, so no reason to be board during your stay. The pizza was 5 star.

Romantic Tiny Guest House
My husband and I absolutely loved our short stay! The place is simply amazing peaceful, beautiful, and filled with charming barnyard animals to feed and pet. We especially enjoyed sipping coffee and tea on the front porch and savoring fresh eggs. There's so much to explore and experience here, and we can’t wait to return for a longer visit. Highly recommend this HipCamp for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique getaway!

Lily Pad Glamping memory foam bed
This place was AMAZING! The hosts were extremely nice and hospitable! The farm was super cute and clean. We brought carrots and loved feeding the horses. There was so much to do and see on the farm that we were entertained for hours. We had a bonfire when the sun went down and met some of the other people staying on the property. There was complimentary popcorn and marshmallows for the bonfire. In the morning, there was a griddle for campers to make farm fresh eggs and we were given homemade bagels. The cabin we were in was very cozy. The perfect size for 2 people. The animals are very well cared for and it was interesting to hear each of their stories about how they ended up at the farm. We would definitely stay here again.

This Land is beautiful and there were so many precious and sweet animals around as well. The Hot Tub was great and the Space we got was amazing highly recommend this to any other people looking for a very nice and cozy stay.

We had a wonderful short stay at Kokomo in the cabin in the woods. We loved feeding the horses and the chickens and eating breakfast with fresh eggs on the porch with the cats. Lots of nature to experience in the area. We visited Charles Spring and the "Bridge to Nowhere " in Live Oak. Trudy was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this wonderful farmstay.

This was the best get away to nature! Private and romantic. Quiet, with many lovely little touches. The trampoline for star gazing at night was a must and the horses were so friendly!

Dreamer's Escape Treehouse
Kokomo Farms is an incredible place! Not only was it breathtakingly beautiful, but so warm and welcoming as well. I believe it was the farm owners’ daughter that we mostly saw during our stay, she was so helpful and sweet. The farm animals (and especially the cats) are all so fun. We got the privilege of staying in the treehouse, which I would absolutely recommend. Very safe feeling, but still kinda like sleeping outside. Thanks guys!
