We stayed in our 25 foot RV with our small dogs. It was a great site, picturesque and peaceful with plenty of space. We especially appreciated it since there are no commercial campgrounds in the area. Randy was out of town when we stayed but was super friendly and helpful via phone and email. Highly recommended.

Randy is the best! Accommodated my last second booking and the spot was gorgeous. Close enough to civilization where the travel is easy but secluded and quiet. Arrived close to dusk and Randy had generously prepared the fire pit which was so appreciated! Great location, beautiful land and cool stuff to do nearby

Perfect stop along our route around DC. Quiet evening in a lovely landscape. Our dogs enjoyed walking the fields. Randy reached out to confirm our arrival time and provide clear directions to the campsite. If we are in the area again and need a place to spend the night we would hope Randy had a composite available.

Randy gave good directions to find the spots. We stayed by the tractor shed since all we wanted was a base to go into Annapolis. The other sites had even better views and isolation, but we had what we wanted. It was very quiet and easy in/out.

We had such a wonderful time on the farm. Randy had everything set up-fire ring with plenty of wood to get a fire started. He was also very responsive, friendly and super helpful. We stayed one night- a great getaway! I will definitely come back again!

Randy was a great host and very helpful with making sure we got to the site easily. The campsite was perfect for a little get away and you are there by yourself with privacy. The fire ring and log table were perfect and made things so much nicer. I will definitely be coming back to this spot.

We had a great experience staying on Randy's property @site #1 in our toy hauler. The land was beautiful with soft rolling hills viewed from our camp site and the fire pit was stocked upon arrival which was greatly appreciated. Randy gave us clear directions to our site with the ability to pick the best spot suited for us. Randy was a pleasure to meet and an exceptional host. We definitely recommend staying there.

We stayed at Randy’s property for two nights. It is situated in an area of beautiful farmland, yet very close to Annapolis. The site options vary, with some being more private than others. Randy has fire pits, chairs and wood at all sites. While there were no crops when we there in early April, the birds and peepers were plentiful and we were treated to their symphony each morning and evening. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Secluded spot with very little (if any) road noise. Randy had fire wood at the fire pit. This site has a little slope to it so you have to pick your tent or parking spot wisely. I’ll plan to stay here again for another weekend trip.

I had a very nice night camping on the land , the sunset was beautiful with a ton to burn, it wasn’t far from the house but felt very private , the sunrise was also so great and it was cool to experience the sunrise sunset sandwich

Randy was super helpful and communicative! His land was awesome and was prestocked with firewood! He gave me his personal number and guided me to the site himself and offered anything I needed. Best host I've ever had hands down.

Good site for 1 or 2 couples. The area is on quite a slope and kind of small so I wouldn't recommend large tents like we had (see pics). Randy is a super host. We worked it out for a night. Very peaceful with some feathered animal noised gently singing in the background. It was cold at night during our stay so ensure you have proper heating if you camp in winter like we did. 4WD is a must for the short trip to the site.

Randy and Carol were incredibly flexible and helpful hosts. Communication was timely and clear. Randy helped us figure out ways to get into DC and gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby.
Their off the grid spot was full of beautiful trees and tons of birds! It was private and peaceful. It had ample space once you got to it, a big fire ring, and even some logs to sit on. It does take a 4wd to get to it. If you have a trailer, consider your length, height and ground clearance. There is one spot on the logging road with height difference left to right and trees or stumps on either side limiting your ability to swing wide and to go straight for long. We have a trailer with good ground clearance. On one hand this was good, on the other hand we had to be creative and patient to not hit the top edge of our trailer on the trunk of a tall tree. We loved our time here!

Staying at Field of Dreams was just what I was looking for as a quick, local getaway. The site was nice and private with some views of the rolling corn fields and wide open sky. The communication with Randy was great and I would most definitely stay here again.

It all so was a well maintained spot.

Randy's farm was a great place to get away for the night. The Field of Dreams site was private and a really nice spot to enjoy the quiet of the farm. Randy had a firepit at the site that my kids had a blast with. We were able to get our truck camper level with out using jacks and overall had a really nice time at Randys.

We just had a great weekend at Randy’s Off The Grid campsite. It was a little tricky finding the trail to get to the site but Randy talked me through it and got us on the right track quickly. The trail was fun to drive on with some little hills and twists but it was a bit narrow in a few spots for our Silverado, however, we loved the privacy and peacefulness of the site surrounded by trees. Got some nice sunshine during the day and at night we relaxed by the big fire pit. Randy even supplied some starter wood which was a nice touch. We took a walk on some of the paths on the farm in the morning and it was really a beautiful property to explore. Campsites are nicely spread out so that there is good amount of privacy, however, just a note that we did hear folks talking from the nearby Sycamore Ridge campsite so just something to mention for awareness for those that may be looking for complete solitude. Randy was really helpful and even gave me some good restaurant suggestions and we tried out Pirates Cove situated right on a marina about 15 minutes away. Great food and atmosphere! All in all, we really loved Randy’s property and will definitely return again in the future.

Randy messaged and returned phone calls to communicate and answer any questions. He gave clear instructions for finding the campgrounds on property and was very welcoming. Site was clean, equipped with fire ring, and had peaceful beautiful views. Enjoyed the sounds of nature with some air/road noise, which we liked because the location didn’t feel too secluded. Could see stars on a clear night. Would definitely choose to tent camp here again, been looking at my schedule for when I could go back before it gets too cold outside! Thank you Randy!

Randy was a great host and made sure we knew exactly how to get to our camping spot. We had plenty of privacy and a great view. He had starter wood ready for us in the fire pit. Hope to come back in the future! Also was not a bad drive to DC.
