The RV site rests on 10 acres of land surrounded by forest with our home on it. Water, WiFi, electric, and septic included; as well as a privacy fence, picnic table, and wood deck. The land is beautiful with numerous fruit and decorative trees, large cactus and flower gardens, as well as 3 vegetable gardens. The yard and outdoor shower are both shared spaces. You are welcome to park a boat here if you have one. We have a sweet dog named Lucy that lives on the property and would like to have guests that enjoy dogs. Lastly, Oak Island Beach and Southport are only a 15 minute drive!Pleasant Pines is a flat grassy space in an open yard surrounded by pines. A privacy fence blocks the view of the homestead. Guests have access to an outdoor shower. There is electricity, water, and wi-fi available. The site has picnic table with umbrella, wooden patio, and fire ring. Only a 15 minute drive from the beach.
