We have 10 acres, it used to be a phosphate mine, now it’s just beautiful land with lovely trees and peace. We have our home on the backside of the property but are more than willing to share our beautiful spot for travelers that may need a place to stay to visit Beaufort or Parris Island or even an overflow spot when Hunting Island cannot accommodate you every day. Learn more about this land: Private, semi-woodsy, Level site with water, septic, and electricity, can accommodate up to 60' Diesel Pushers, and 5th wheels. We have 30 amp and 50 amp for larger campers, as well as your Internet for the site. The Atlantic Ocean is 12 miles away if you want to visit the beautiful Hunting Island. Several saltwater boat landings within 2-5 miles. Historic Beaufort 3 miles, Paris Island 6 miles, swimming, fishing, surfing, shrimping all within 5-10 minutes. EXTRA DIRECTIONS Due to google maps being incorrect and taking people past the site, I have changed the address to a street number. You will see the number on a monument in front of you on the right-hand side of the road. This is where you will turn right, follow back about 20 yards past small bamboo bushes and it will be through the gate on the right.
